Levy began practicing in 1995 and has been an active shareholder at GrayRobinson in Miami since 2015, in addition to serving as the firm’s chair for its Technology Transactions Group and Business Law section.

He also advises clients on corporate structuring and restructuring, complex IT development, intellectual property and technology licensing, e-commerce and commercial transactions, product marketing and distribution, outsourcing transactions and service agreements.
